Woo-hoo! The Home Information Packs have been deferred until 1 August and at that point only houses with 4 or more bedrooms need to have them before they can go on the market.
We still want to move sooner rather than later but this gives us a couple of extra weeks to ensure that all of the decorating etc. is up to scratch before people come to view.
